CRM

Close more of the leads your marketing brings in.

Ready leads arrive in a pipeline your sales team will actually use, linked to everything marketing knows about them. Your whole team is included, at one price.

Everything a CRM should do, without the bloat.

Many CRMs grow into software nobody has time to learn, priced by the seat. The KMT Stack's CRM has what a sales team needs, from pipelines and tasks to custom objects and workflows, and leaves out the clutter. Everyone who needs a login gets one, with no per-seat fees.

  • Contacts and companiesAttract

People and the organisations they belong to, one record each. Everyone on the team works from the same up-to-date details.

  • Leads from marketingAttract

When a contact meets the rules you agree during launch, such as a score or a key form, they arrive here for sales, linked to their marketing record.

  • Import and exportAttract

Your people and their companies come across from a spreadsheet or your old CRM during launch. Take everything out whenever you like.

  • Pipeline boardNurture

Deals as cards in the stages you agree during launch, dragged from one to the next. The whole pipeline on one screen.

  • TasksNurture

Follow-ups tied to a person or a deal, with a due date and an owner. Nothing waits in someone's head.

  • Notes and timelineNurture

Calls, meetings, and notes on the record, in order. Anyone can pick up a relationship where a colleague left it.

  • Custom workflowsNurture

Automations built right in the CRM: when a deal changes stage or a record is created, create a task, update a field, or move the work along. Workflows that connect the CRM to your other tools are set up with you during launch.

  • Team accessNurture

Everyone on the sales side signs in with the same login as the rest of the platform, with admin and member roles.

  • Deal values and close datesMeasure

Stages, values, and expected close dates on every deal. The forecast is a view, not a spreadsheet.

  • Views and filtersMeasure

Saved views for the lists each person actually works from: hot leads, this month's renewals, deals gone quiet.

  • Company overviewMeasure

Every person, deal, note, and task for one company on its own page. The whole account in view before a meeting.

  • Custom fields and objectsMeasure

Add the fields and record types your business needs, such as locations, products, or bookings. The CRM fits you, not the other way round.

Connected

Every lead keeps its story when it reaches sales.

A CRM on its own knows only what sales typed in. Here, each lead arrives linked to its marketing record, and anyone on your team can ask Grep how that person found you, what they read, and which emails they opened. The connections are set up for your business during launch.

  • When a contact meets the rules you agree during launch, such as a score or a key form, they arrive in the CRM for sales, linked to their marketing record.

  • Anyone on the sales team can ask Grep about a contact: how they found you, which pages they read, and which emails they opened.

  • When a deal is won, the CRM can pass that result back into marketing automation, so marketing sees which of its leads became customers.

  • Ask Grep where your won deals first came from, and it reads the CRM, marketing automation, and analytics together to answer.

Grep

Ask Grep about any deal.

Grep reads the CRM alongside everything marketing knows, so any question about a person, a company, or a deal gets a straight answer. When you ask, it can add a note, create a task, or update a deal. It cannot delete anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it do that our current CRM does not?

It knows what marketing knows. Each lead is linked to its marketing record, and anyone on your team can ask Grep how someone found you, what they read, and which emails they opened.

Can we keep the CRM we already have?

Yes. Your sales team keeps working in it, and new leads are passed to it from marketing automation, set up during launch. Using your own CRM does limit Grep: it cannot read or update your deals there, so its answers draw on marketing automation and analytics only.

Do we pay for each salesperson?

No. Everyone who needs a login gets one, with no per-seat fees, so the whole team can work in the CRM.

How does our existing data get in?

During launch we bring across your people and their companies from a spreadsheet or your old CRM, keeping what is useful and leaving clutter behind so the new system starts clean.

Can Grep change our deals on its own?

No. Grep acts only when someone on your team asks: it can add a note, create a task, or update a deal. It cannot delete anything.

Where does our data live?

On a dedicated server in Europe, owned and run by KMT. No other company's data is on it, your data is never used to train anyone's AI models, and a data processing agreement is available.

What is it built on?

An established open-source CRM platform, hosted and run by KMT and joined to the rest of the KMT Stack. Under the hood names it, with its licence, and shows what KMT built around it.
