Marketing automation

Follow up with every prospect and see who buys.

We set it up with your team, so every sign-up, download, and email click gets a timely next step. Results are counted in customers, not opens.

Everything your marketing team expects in marketing automation, plus an AI helper to amplify their efforts.

Most marketing automation is bought for its rich features and then only used to send emails. Using the KMT onboarding process, which combines technology with experienced marketing technologists, the KMT Stack is quickly set up, with your contacts moved in, your forms on your website, and email sending from your domain. Your first automated follow-ups are built with your team. One flat price covers every contact and every user, with no per-contact fees.

See the featuresHide the list
  • Web trackingAttract

See every page a contact has read on your website, including the visits before they filled in a form. Your follow-up can speak to what they were actually looking at.

  • FormsAttract

Forms that sit on the website you already have. Every submission becomes a contact and starts the right follow-up, so no new lead waits in someone's inbox.

  • Landing pagesAttract

Pages for an offer, an event, or a download, built without waiting for a developer. Everyone they convert joins the same contact list.

  • Email builderNurture

Drag-and-drop emails in your brand's look. Anyone on the team can build a professional email without touching code.

  • SegmentsNurture

Audiences that keep themselves up to date, by what people did, who they are, or how engaged they are. Nobody rebuilds a list in a spreadsheet before a send.

  • Automated journeysNurture

Sequences of emails and actions that react to what each person does. Follow-up goes out on time, whether or not anyone is at their desk.

  • Dynamic contentNurture

Sections of an email or page that change by interest, stage, or segment. One send reads as if it were written for each person.

  • SMSNurture

Text messages as a step in an automated journey, such as a reminder the day before an event. Added whenever you want to reach people beyond the inbox.

  • Lead scoringMeasure

Points for the actions that signal interest, such as visits to key pages, clicks, and form fills. Your team sees who is ready for a conversation without guessing.

  • Lifecycle stagesMeasure

Contacts move through the stages you define, such as new lead, qualified, and customer. You see how many people are at each step, and where they stall.

  • ReportsMeasure

Sends, opens, clicks, and conversions for every email, journey, and segment. The numbers the owner asks for, without building a spreadsheet.

  • A/B testingMeasure

Send two versions of an email or page and see which one wins more opens, clicks, or form fills. Every test teaches you what your audience responds to.

Connected

Measure email in customers, not opens.

A standalone email tool stops counting at the click. Here, the same person is followed from the first visit to the signed deal, and Grep reads every part of it, so you can ask which emails your customers responded to before they bought. The connections are set up for your business during launch.

  • A form fill on your website becomes a contact, with the pages they read beforehand already on their record.

  • Email links are tagged, so a click shows up in your website analytics as the start of a visit.

  • When a contact meets the rules you agree during launch, such as a score or a key form, they appear in the CRM for sales to follow up.

  • When a deal is won, the CRM can pass that result back into marketing automation, so your reports show which emails your customers responded to.

Grep

The expertise to use all of it.

Grep is on hand in every part of the platform. Ask how to do something and it walks you through it, step by step, in plain words. Ask it to do the work and it drafts the email, segment, or form for your team to review. Nothing goes out until a person on your team sends it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does marketing automation actually do?

It tracks your prospects’ digital engagement touch points across your website: page visits, form fills, email clicks, and more. It can then react to these touch points. When someone fills in a form, opens an email, or returns to a key page, the platform can send the next email, add them to the right audience, raise their score, or pass them to your CRM, all by rules set up with your team. It is how a small team stays in touch with everyone who shows interest.

What happens to the contacts in our current email tool?

They come with you. During launch we export your contacts from your current tool and import them, keeping what is useful and leaving clutter behind so the new system starts clean. Your forms are rebuilt and placed on your website. If your list needs it, sending starts gradually, and bounces, spam complaints, and unsubscribes come off your list automatically, so your domain keeps a good reputation.

Our marketer has never used marketing automation. Is it hard to learn?

No. It is set up with your team, and for the first three months a monthly block of hours with a senior marketing technologist goes into building your first automated follow-ups together. After that, Grep answers how-to questions in plain words and drafts the work when you ask, so nobody has to become a specialist first.

Do we pay more as our list grows?

Not for adding contacts or people. There is no contact limit and no per-contact fee, and one flat monthly price covers everyone. If you grow to around half a million website visits a month, or a very large contact database, you move to a larger plan that is still one flat monthly price.

Can Grep send an email on its own?

No. Grep never sends an email and never deletes anything. When you ask it for an email, it saves it as a draft, and a person on your team reviews and sends it.

Does it work with the website we already have?

Yes. Tracking goes on any website.

Where does our data live?

On a dedicated server in Europe, owned and run by KMT. No other company's data is on it, your data is never used to train anyone's AI models, and a data processing agreement is available.

What is it built on?

An established open-source marketing automation platform, hosted and run by KMT and joined to the rest of the KMT Stack. Under the hood names it, with its licence, and shows what KMT built around it.
