Meet Grep
An AI assistant that already knows your business.
Grep works inside the platform with your analytics, contacts, and pipeline. It does the work you ask for, and it never sends a thing on its own.

Grep’s responses and suggestions are grounded in your business context.
What do you actually know about us?
Grep
Everything in your library: what you sell, who buys it, who you wish would, how you sound, the decisions your team has made, and what I’ve learned working with you. It was written with you during launch, and your admin can change any of it. I’ll use the new version from then on.Grep creates drafts. Only humans can publish.
The newsletter is due Tuesday. Help.
Grep
Done, using last month’s issue for tone: four sections and the calls to action, in your newsletter layout. It stays a draft until you make it live. Here’s the link.Grep’s knowledge grows and changes with your business.
You said we still sell the starter plan. We dropped it in March.
Grep
That came from the Business page in your library. Here’s the line. Change it there, or tell me the correction and I’ll make it. I’ll use the new version from now on.Grep reads across the entire KMT Stack to provide unified answers.
What did marketing actually produce last month?
Grep
Across the website, email and the pipeline: visits by source, the form fills, the new opportunities, and the two deals that closed. The Tuesday sends brought in the most visits. Want it as a one-page report for your boss?AI and people, working together. That is the whole idea.
Honestly. Are you here to replace me?
Grep
No. I do the rote work: drafts, segments, templates, the first pass at a report. You decide what matters, what we say, and what goes out. And when someone new joins your team, they can ask me how things are done here.AI done responsibly: no surprise bills, no data used to train models.
Owner here. What does this cost us, and can it run up a bill?
Grep
Your platform fee includes a monthly allowance for me. Your admin sees what every session cost and who ran it. Your billing contact gets an email at 75 and 90 percent. At 100 percent I pause until someone tops up or the new month starts, and unused top-ups carry over. Nothing runs past what you’ve agreed to.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Grep send an email or launch a campaign by itself?
No. Grep can’t send an email or build a campaign. Emails, forms, and reports stay drafts until a person makes them live, and Grep links you to each draft. Changes you ask for in analytics and the CRM, like a new goal or a deal moved forward, happen when you ask, and it checks with you before it publishes a segment. It has no way to delete anything.
How does it know our business?
From a library written with you during launch: what you sell, who your customers are, your personas, your voice, your programs, and the decisions your team records as you go. It also keeps a memory of what it learns working with you. Your admin can read and edit every document in it.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
Ask where it got the information. It points to the library page it used. Change it there, or tell Grep the correction and it makes the edit. It uses the new version from then on.
Can we stop it partway through a task?
Yes. Press Stop and it halts. A change already underway may still finish, and nothing it touches can be deleted.
Who on our team can use it?
Everyone on your team can chat with Grep. Your admin also sees the library, the usage, and every conversation, and Grep tells each person that up front.
What does it cost to run?
The platform fee includes a monthly allowance. Your admin sees what each session cost and who ran it. Your billing contact gets an email at 75 and 90 percent, and at 100 percent Grep pauses until someone buys a top-up or the new month starts. Unused top-ups carry over.
Where does our data go when Grep reads it?
Grep runs on Amazon Bedrock in Europe, inside your single-tenant instance of the KMT Stack. Your data is never shared, sold, or used to train anyone’s AI model.
Is it going to replace our marketing person?
No. It takes the rote work: drafts, first passes, how-do-I questions. Your marketer decides what matters and what goes out. When someone new joins, they can ask Grep how things are done here.
